The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and securely repacked in its original protective packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or invoice) is required.
Unsolicited packages sent back to us without prior notice will not be accepted.
Please inspect your wall art upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong print/size, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
